Coach Annie Foreman, based in Charleston, SC, offers private, semi-private, and small group instruction / coaching to all ages, regardless of your prior experience and background.

With little to no experience swimming, this program will allow you to gain the confidence and skills for water safety and beginning techniques for unassisted swimming.

With some prior exposure to swimming, the ability to submerge your face in water, and the ability to float unassisted, this program is individualized to your needs and desired skills.

This program is designed based on your prior experiences and level of confidence in the water with a focus on skills in all competitive strokes. This program is individualized to your personal goals and training regime.
Coach Foreman
Meet your coach!
Coach Foreman has taught middle school and high school students in the public school system for ten plus years. She has coached high school athletes in swimming and track and field. She has been coaching summer league swimming locally for the past several years.
Her expertise lies in specializing each lesson to fit the goals of the swimmer, regardless of prior experience. Coach Foreman also loves participating in open water swimming competitions, such as The Alcatraz Sharkfest Swim and Swim Miami.
